More Help Is Here: Expanded Support for Customers in Need

Arizona Public Service (APS) is stepping up to help more Arizonans pay their bills and stay safe, cool, and housed – especially after one of the hottest summers on record. APS is providing an additional $3 million to trusted community organizations to offer expanded assistance for energy bills, air conditioning repairs, and housing support.

If you need help, learn what options are available, or call us at (602) 371-7171. We’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Here’s what’s available:

  • Up to $1,000 in Crisis Bill Assistance
If you're facing a temporary financial hardship, you may qualify for up to $1,000 in help through partners like Wildfire, Chicanos Por La Causa, and Maricopa County Human Services.
  • Air Conditioner Repair or Replacement
AllThrive 365 and Wildfire work to help low-income homeowners fix or replace broken AC units. AllThrive365 covers La Paz, Maricopa, Pinal, Yavapai, or Yuma counties; and Wildfire’s program covers all of Arizona.
  • Eviction Prevention Support
Additional support is being provided to St. Vincent de Paul to help families stay in their homes. If you’re facing a housing crisis, you may qualify for assistance.

Assistance is also available through 211 Arizona, which you can call from any phone by simply dialing 2-1-1. This free service connects Arizonans in need of critical services like housing support, heat relief, food assistance, and transportation. APS provided $1 million in funding in May to help keep Arizona 211 open.
