Manage your properties online and verify tenants have requested service.
View the status and who is responsible for payment at any point in time.
Service will automatically transfer back into your name so there is no loss of power.
You will not be charged when service is transferred back to you.

- Active APS customer with consecutive service over the last 12 months
- No more than two late payments within the last 12 months
- No disconnections due to non-payment in the last 12 months
Current & New Residential Customers
- No bankruptcies in the last 12 months
- Premise cannot be the customer’s primary residence
Current & New Business Customers
- Active APS customer with consecutive service over the last 24 months
- No more than two late payments within the last 12 months
- No disconnections due to non-payment in the last 12 months
Apply for Landlord Services
With an active landlord agreement, you’ll have quick access to information on aps.com. Easily monitor who is currently responsible for electric usage, check pending connect dates and verify if power is in the tenant’s name
How to establish your landlord agreement
Complete form
Complete a landlord agreement for each property.
Print for your records
Print them out and retain a copy for your records.
