APS has identified HomeServe as a preferred provider of home protection plans and mailed information to our residential homeowners.
For most plans, there is an initial 30-day waiting period before you can make a claim. This prevents service calls on pre-existing conditions and helps keep the coverage affordable for you. HomeServe can provide specific information about coverage and waiting periods by product.
For protection plans that cover particular systems, if you have more than one system, you will need to purchase a protection plan for each system.
