Before You Move Service, Consider Taking These Steps

  • Double check that APS provides service at your new address. As the state's largest energy company, we serve millions of residents in 11 of Arizona's 15 counties. See Service Area Map
$name Know What to Expect
  • To move service, you will need to enter the APS account number at the top of your bill. If you are already signed into your account, you will not need your account number.
  • Please schedule your service to begin at least three business days in advance.
  • Only the person(s) listed on the account, or someone who has been appointed to act on your behalf, may move your services.
  • There is no fee for stopping service.
