Our employees generally follow 1 of 3 career paths, although paths can also cross based on career goals, skills development and personal performance. The combined skills across all of these career paths are essential as we work to continuously improve and advance our pursuit of a sustainable energy future for Arizona.
We rely on highly skilled employees in a variety of trades and crafts to keep power on and costs low. From welding and machining to instrumentation and controls to line workers and power plant operators, we have a wide range of jobs that directly support power generation and delivery.
Engineers trained in a variety of disciplines (electrical, mechanical, civil, environmental, chemical, industrial, nuclear, solar/renewable) work at our power generating plants, distribution and transmission units and corporate headquarters.
