You asked and we listened
Your bill has been updated to provide more helpful information. Here’s what to look for: the Energy Usage Cost graphs on your bill now include adjustors. If you have solar and are on the RCP/EPR-2 rate rider, you’ll see a new section called How Your Renewable Energy Sold to APS is Calculated. If you have solar, are on a time-of-use plan and are on the EPR-6 rate rider, you’ll see a new section called How Your Renewable Energy Credited to APS is Calculated. You’ll also see that your energy usage is now broken down by time-of-use periods.
