Frequently asked questions
Your first AutoPay payment will be applied to your next bill. Until “AutoPay” is noted on your bill, please continue to make your payment using another method to avoid a late fee.
AutoPay will pay the current balance on your account. If you make a payment by another method when on AutoPay, our billing system will adjust your automatic withdrawal.
Yes, it can be changed at least one business day prior to your due date. To update your information for your bank account, credit or debit card, PayPal, Venmo or Amazon Pay, log in to your aps.com account. Updating information for credit or debit card, PayPal, Venmo or Amazon Pay will take you to our third-party payment vendor to edit your payment details.
You can log into your aps.com account and request to “pause” your AutoPay withdrawal for a month. This must be done at least 1 business day before the scheduled withdrawal. Please remember to make a payment using another method. Find all of the options available to you here.
If your account is registered on aps.com, you can update your bank account information online for AutoPay by following these steps:
1. Log in to your APS account. If you do not have an account, it's easy to register on aps.com.
2. Click 'Account' in the navigation and select 'My alerts and preferences'.
3. AutoPay information will be displayed under the 'Billing and payment' tab.
4. Select 'Update bank information' and enter the necessary fields.
5. Check the AutoPay Terms & Conditions checkbox and select 'Agree and continue' when you're finished.
