Available only to customers with an average monthly energy usage of 1,000 kWh or more
Not available to new customers as of May 1, 2018 or existing customers (prior to May 1, 2018) as of September 1, 2018
Must not have solar or any other form of renewable energy

*Plan may be reassigned based on an annual review of average monthly energy usage. When this occurs, first affected bill is January.
