Our rate case hearing is underway, and we know you may have questions. Here are the facts behind some of the most common myths and misunderstandings.
MYTH: APS is requesting higher rates to fund data centers.
FACT: Our rate case proposal protects customers by ensuring that data centers continue to pay their own costs.

MYTH: Formula rates will cause automatic, unchecked rate increases every year.
FACT: Formula rates are not automatic or unchecked. Any change in APS rates would still have to be approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission after a thorough review.
