how it works
  • It's best to provide at least three working days notice (Monday-Friday) for starting service.
  • A $25 plus tax service establishment charge will appear on your first bill.
  • We may ask you to pay a deposit before turning on service.
  • After your complete your request, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your order details.
  • For you protection, we may ask you to show your picture id in an office.​

​Moving from one APS home to another? Smoothly transfer your electrical service with our online request form.

how it works

  • If someone is moving in to your home, they will need to contact us to put service into their name. You can schedule a shut off, to make sure you are not responsible for the bills after your move out date.

  • There is no fee for stopping service.
  • After your complete your request, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your order details.

  • If someone is moving in to your home, they will need to contact us to put service into their name. You can schedule a shut off to make sure you are not responsible for the bills after your move out date.
  • You can request a letter of credit to provide to your new utility company.
