Pre-employment Testing

As part of the job selection process at APS, you may be asked to take a pre-employment test developed by the Edison Electric Institute. Different tests have been designed for various fields in the energy industry such as administrative, maintenance, operations, electric distribution, construction and skilled trades. You will only be scheduled for testing after referral by a recruiter. If you’re asked to take a test, we’ll send you an email with further instructions.

Before testing, feel free to review sample tests and brochures and testing tips. When prompted, enter “PNW” as your name and “Arizona” as your password.
