The APS Safety Net program allows you to designate a friend, relative or community agency to also receive a copy of your monthly APS bill so they can remind you when your payment is due or bring any late bills to your attention.

how it works
You designate a friend, relative or community agency as your Safety Net Partner. We'll send your designated Safety Net partner a copy of your monthly bill and any disconnect notices you receive. We won't provide your designated partner additional account information or hold them financially responsible.

​Ways to register a Safety Net partner:

 

1. Download and complete the application and mail it to:

2. Call APS Customer Service at (602) 371-7171 (metro Phoenix) and (800) 253-9405 (other areas) to register by phone.
