Yes, you can view all of your APS customer accounts. You can change the customer account by tapping on “Account Number” from the main menu and selecting a new customer account.
Yes, you can view your bill from the app under the "My Bill" tab.
You can make a free electronic payment from your checking or savings account or pay by credit or debit card using our third-party processor (service fee applies).
You cannot pay a deposit on the app. Please visit aps.com/ways2pay for other payment options.
No, Prepay accounts cannot be viewed on the app.
Yes, you can register your account on the app (if not registered on aps.com) and then use the same username and password to access aps.com and the app.

Information is updated within approximately 24 hours.
The app is currently available for iOS and Android phones. Windows Blackberry devices are not supported at this time. Additionally, the app is not currently supported on tablet devices.
You will be prompted to create a four-digit PIN for added security and convenience. You can continue to use the same PIN until you log out of the app.
If you forget your PIN, tap on the “Forgot PIN” link found on the Enter PIN screen. This will clear your PIN and prompt you to login with your username and password.
