Provides an estimate for the incremental operating reserves necessary to integrate projected photovoltaic development in the APS territory. Quantifies the anticipated incremental cost to provide the reserve capacity and energy services.

    Evaluates the potential value of solar DE technologies for the APS electrical system and the likely operating impacts.
