Energy theft is serious business. Not only is it illegal and costly, it can be fatal. Everyone pays for energy theft in terms of cost and safety. We’re committed to stopping it, but we need your help.

When trees grow into power lines, they become a major cause of power outages and can create safety hazards. We manage vegetation growing near our power lines and equipment to encourage public safety and service reliability.

We keep trees, shrubs and other vegetation from growing near electrical equipment to maintain safe conditions for our repair crews. It also allows us to restore power more quickly during an outage.
