Power Posse, our K-8 energy awareness program, uses fun classroom activities to learn about energy sources, safety and conservation. Our curriculum teaches tomorrow’s community and business leaders how to become wiser energy users today.

learn about energy
Our Power Posse curriculum engages students in real-life experiences and encourages creative thinking. Students can make solar hot dog cookers, build working windmills or learn about energy conservation when they perform energy audits of their home or school. It’s just one way to reinforce our long-standing commitment to Arizona’s energy future.

Topics include:
  • renewable energy sources (wind, solar and biomass)
  • energy conservation tips
  • the value of character education
