important to know
  • average maximum monthly demand is based on the highest amount of demand (kW) averaged during a 15-minute period of maximum use for the month.
  • time-of-use plans have lower rates for off-peak hours. Businesses that can shift energy-intensive tasks to off-peak hours can save on these plans.
  • on-peak hours: 3 - 8pm, Monday - Friday
  • summer and winter rates vary​​​​
    • summer: may - october
    • winter: november - april
