Make a payment or find payment locations near you with our free mobile app. Download from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. ​​

Make free electronic payments from your checking or savings account to pay your bill or deposit online.
 
If you have logged in and paid in the past, you can use your saved bank information or enter a new account. Or you can set up recurring automatic payments.

Pay your bill by credit or debit card using our third-party card processor. Service fees apply:

  • $2.95 per transaction up to $750
  • $10.95 per transaction of $751​​ - $5,000

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club. All transactions made within a 26-day period are capped at $5,000.

electronic payment by phone (free)
Make a free electronic payment by phone anytime and there’s no administrative fee. Call 602-371-6555 (Phoenix area) or 866-776-0445 (other areas).​
 
credit or debit card (service fee applies)
Pay your bill by credit or debit card using our 3rd party card processor. Service fees apply - $2.95 per transaction up to $750; $10.95 per transaction $750 to $5,000. We do not receive any portion of these fees.
 
To make your payment, call the APS Payment Line at 602-371-6555 (metro Phoenix) or 866-776-0445 (other areas) and choose option 2.  
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover or Diner's Club are accepted. Sum of transactions made within a 26-day period are capped at a total of $5,000. APS will receive notice of payment within 15 minutes. Payments made Monday - Friday before 5 pm MST will post to your account the next business day. Payments made after 5 pm MST (Monday - Friday) and anytime on the weekends and holidays will post within 2 business days.

  • convenient kiosks are available in more than 200 participating Circle K, Shell/Texaco and Best Buy locations throughout metro Phoenix
  • Circle K stores are open 24 hours a day
  • payment is cash only and a $2 kiosk-fee applies
  • enter your account number and billing zip code to process the payment
  • payments are recorded immediately and posted by the next business day
  • You’ll receive a printed confirmation receipt for your records.
