eligibility for a residential agreement
  • have an established account
  • at least 12 months consecutive service with us within the past year
  • no more than 2 delinquent payments in the past 12 months--no bankruptcies in the past 12 months
  • no more than 1 returned check in the past 12 months
eligibility for a business or corporate agreement
  • ​established business/corporate accounts are eligible for business or residential agreements
  • active APS customer with at least 24 months of comparable electric service within the past 2 years
  • no more than 2 delinquencies or disconnects for non-payment in the past 12 months
  • no more than 1 returned check in the past 12 months

  • return completed forms to APS via email or regular mail
  • upon receipt, your document will be processed within 72 hours
