Arizona Public Service (APS) purchases a variety of different materials and services. Supply Chain Management (SCM) procurement is to acquire the goods and services APS needs to conduct business. Purchasing decisions are based on total cost of ownership as measured by cost, quality, and service.

Respondents providing their information through the bid event are advised that doing so will not guarantee being contacted by APS or guarantee participation in future business opportunities. However, you will be added to our supplier pool and that will make you more visible for any sourcing opportunities in your area.
