Doing buisness with APSArizona Public Service (APS) purchases a variety of different materials and services. Supply Chain Management (SCM) procurement is to acquire the goods and services APS needs to conduct business. Purchasing decisions are based on total cost of ownership as measured by cost, quality, and service.
