Combined Advantage 7 p.m. - Noon Rate Plan The Combined Advantage 7 p.m. - noon plan offers two ways to save. You can save on your electricity bill by adjusting when you use energy and how much you can use at one time . It offers a lower price per hour (kWh) for electricity during off-peak hours. If you use significantly more energy on weekends, during evening or morning hours (more than 75 percent) than you do during on-peak hours (noon to 7 p.m. Monday - Friday) or if you use energy during the on-peak hours and can stagger the use of major appliances so they are not used at the same time, the Combined Advantage 7 p.m. to noon plan may also be best for you.
