Time Advantage 7 p.m. - Noon Rate Plan If you use significantly more energy on weekends, during evening or morning hours (more than 75 percent) than during on-peak hours (noon to 7 p .m. Monday - Friday), our Time Advantage 7 p.m. - noon plan may be best for you.

If you are eligible for this rate plan and choose to switch to this plan, it will require a meter exchange. APS must be able to physically change out the meter. The lead-time required for a meter exchange will vary based on meter equipment availability and scheduling. As with all of our residential rate plans, you should remain on this plan for one year.
