Pay By Phone
Pay by EFT (electronic funds transfer) from your checking account, and it's free! You can also pay by credit/debit card using our billing partner -- NCO*.  Call (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405.

Payment Arrangements
If you are having difficulty paying your electric bill on time, please make arrangements with APS before payment is due. Log into our secure site to make a payment arrangement. If you do not have a username or password, please register. 

*NCO collects a convenience fee of $5.90 for credit/debit card payments. APS does not charge for, nor receive any portion of these fees.
