150% to 200% of the Federal Low Income Guideline Crisis Bill Assistance
Crisis bill assistance program funded by APS for limited income customers earning between 150% to 200% of the Federal Low Income Guideline. Service is provided via agencies authorized by the Arizona Community Action Association (ACAA) as part of the ACAA Home Energy Assistance Fund.
