 0 kWh - 400 kWh  40% discount
 401 kWh - 800 kWh 26% discount
 801 kWh - 1200 kWh 14% discount
 Over 1200 kWh

 $13 credit for the month

Energy Discounts Low Income Assistance - Medical Care Equipment Program  (E-4)*

 If you used this amount:

 You are entitled to:

0 kWh -  800 kWh 40% discount
 801 kWh - 1400 kWh 26% discount
 1401 kWh - 2000 kWh 14% discount
 Over 2000 kWh

 $26 credit for the month

*Requirements for E-4 discount:

  • Must qualifiy for E-3 discount
  • Provide letter from doctor showing a required need of durable medical equipment (DME) like an oxygen tank.
