Crisis Bill assistance is available for customers statewide facing financial hardship. If you are having difficulty paying your electric bill because of a job loss, unexpected medical expenses or other financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance. Customers who earn between 150% and 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) as shown in the table below and facing a financial hardship may be eligible for assistance up to $400 a year.
