Payment by Electronic Check You can now pay your APS bill from your checking or savings account, free of charge, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week by calling us at (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405. Payment by Credit or Debit Card If you prefer to pay using your credit or debit card, we have arranged for NCO ePayments to provide you with payment choices using these methods. Payments can be made by phone at (866) 261-2738 or online. NCO accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Diner's Club credit cards.
Cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo will be processed as a credit card. Cards with both a Visa/MasterCard and Star/Pulse logo can be processed as either debit or credit card. Cards with Star or Pulse logo (no MasterCard/Visa logo) will be processed as a debit card. NCO ePayments collects fees for credit and debit card payments*. You will be asked to key in the following information on your touch-tone phone: - Your APS account number
- Your credit card information
- The 5-digit zip code on your credit card statement
*NCO collects a convenience fee of $5.90 for credit and debit card payments. APS does not charge for, nor receive any portion of these fees. Please Note: to avoid interruption of service on a delinquent bill, please retain your payment ID number and contact the APS Customer Care Center at (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405.
