Online Bill Payment by Credit Card

If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, we have arranged for NCO e-Payments to provide you with online payment choices using credit/debit cards. NCO collects a convenience fee of $5.90 for credit card and debit card payments. APS does not charge for nor receive any portion of these fees.

NCO accepts:

• MasterCard
• Discover
• Diner's Club
• American Express

Online payment by credit or debit card is limited to $2,000. Please contact NCO by phone at (866) 261-2738 if you need to make a payment over $2,000.

Cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo will be processed as a credit card. Cards with both a Visa/MasterCard and Star/Pulse logo can be processed as either debit or credit card. Cards with Star or Pulse logo (no MasterCard/Visa logo) will be processed as a debit card. NCO ePayments collects fees for credit card and debit card payments.

NCO e-payment transactions are posted to your APS account: 

• Monday through Thursday and Friday before 3 p.m. -- within 24 hours            
• After 3 p.m. on Friday, holidays and weekends -- the following business day 

To avoid interruption of service on a delinquent bill, or if your service has been disconnected, please retain your payment confirmation number at the end of the NCO-e payments transaction, and call the APS Customer Care Center at (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405.
