Circle K, Shell/Texaco, Albertsons and Best Buy Kiosks -- a convenient way to pay in cash

Now you have more options than ever when it comes to paying your APS bill in cash.

Save time and gas by paying your APS bill in cash* at one of more than 200 participating Circle K, Shell/Texaco, Albertsons and Best Buy locations throughout metro Phoenix.

No need to bring your billing statement, just enter your APS account number and billing zip code to process a payment (instructions are available in English or Spanish).

Payments will be credited immediately and posted by the next business day. A confirmation receipt will be printed for your records.

If your service has been shut off, please call the Customer Care Center at (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405. Be prepared to provide your confirmation number.
