E-mail Spam Filters

Nobody likes a Spammer -- that would be someone or a company that sends out large amounts of unsolicited e-mails (typically junk mail).

To combat Spam in your e-mail, you could use a Spam filter, either through your e-mail software, your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or through settings within security software. You may have set up “rules” in your e-mail inbox to not receive e-mail from particular e-mail senders.

Sometimes Spam filters will automatically put suspected Spam in a bulk mail, suspected spam, or deleted items folder -- which you may want to check from time to time, to see if your necessary e-mail is being filtered as well.

When you receive e-mail from APS, such as your online billing statements, or other information relating to your account, it will always come from the Internet domains of either aps.com, apsc.com, or from our parent company's domain, pinnaclewest.com. Please do not block e-mail from these Web domain names. Another way to ensure you continue receiving important e-mail from us is to add aps@aps.com and aps_news@apsc.com to your Contacts within your e-mail software.
