How do I enroll in AutoPay? Log on to aps.com with your username and password. Click on the AutoPay link located under Account Options, click on Proceed to Terms, and "I agree." Enter your bank account information, hit submit and Enroll in AutoPay. If your bank account information is already on file, you will not be asked to enter bank account information again. If you are not yet registered, register now. You will have the opportunity to sign-up for AutoPay as part of the registration process.
You must have your APS billing account number available to register and enroll in AutoPay. If you have applied for service online, we will send you your billing account number by e-mail when your order is scheduled. Deposit account numbers cannot be registered.

How do I edit my bank account information? To edit your AutoPay bank account information, simply log on with your username and password. From the My Account page, click on AutoPay, then Manage Bank Account Information. After identifying the account to be edited, click on Edit and follow the prompts to change your bank account information.

When will the payment be deducted from my bank account? You will receive an e-mail from APS approximately 10 days before the bill is due. Your payment will be deducted on the due date listed.

How can I delete my scheduled AutoPay payment? Log on to your account at aps.com with your username and password. Click on Scheduled Payment next to the Total Due line. The next display gives you the option to delete your payment. Once you have completed the process, the verbiage on the Total Due line will change to Pay Online. When you are ready to reschedule your payment, click on Pay Online to update your payment date. Remember, if you do not schedule a new payment, and your payment is delinquent, a fee may be assessed.

Can I edit my AutoPay payment? Log on to your account at aps.com with your username and password. Click on Scheduled Payment next to the Total Due line. The next display gives you the option to edit your payment. Once you have completed the process your new information will be updated. Remember, if you schedule a new payment past the delinquent due date a fee may be assessed.

Is there a discount for enrolling in AutoPay? Yes. You will receive a 48 cent discount on your bill each month that you are enrolled in the AutoPay program. This discount is approved by the Arizona Commission and reflects the reduced cost of processing payments for customers enrolled in our automatic monthly payment programs.

How do I de-enroll from AutoPay? Log on to your account at aps.com with your username and password. Click on the AutoPay link located in the "Account Options" menu to the right. Click on de-enroll from AutoPay and submit. Accounts not enrolled in AutoPay will not have the AutoPay link.

What happens to AutoPay when I no longer have APS service? Once your service has been disconnected, a final bill will be generated to your account. If there is already a scheduled payment on your account, it will be deleted. A new payment will be scheduled which will include the final bill. Once the scheduled payment has been posted to your account, AutoPay will be deactivated.
