Frequently Asked Questions on Service Requests

Can I have my service turned on or off on the weekend?
APS field technicians work Monday through Friday. Your service request can be completed during this timeframe.

My service was supposed to be connected yesterday, but it is still not working.
After the order has been completed, power will be available at the main breaker. Homeowners may need to reset the main breaker, apartment/multi-family housing occupants should check inside breakers and/or contact your maintenance/management office.

What is the fee for connecting service?
A service establishment fee of $25+tax will be included on your first bill after service is connected in your name. This fee applies when establishing service for the first time, adding additional service, or moving your service to a new home. The fee for connecting business service is $35+tax.
