Call Us!
Whenever and wherever a power outage occurs, APS crews are on duty and will immediately work to restore electricity as soon as possible.
Customers can reach the APS Customer Care Center at (602) 371-7171 in the Phoenix area, or, (800) 253-9405.
You can report a power outage and get outage status information by phone. When you call, please be prepared to give your name, address, and phone number.
