Returned Checks

If your check is returned to APS by your financial institution, you will need to redeem it with cash, a cashier's check or money order. A $15 returned-check fee will also be assessed on your next bill. Customers with two or more returned checks in the previous 12 months will be required to pay their APS bills by cash, money order or cashier's check for 12 months following the posting of the second returned item.
