Collection Charges

If an APS representative comes to your home to accept payment of a delinquent account or notify you of service termination, you will be charged a collection fee of $15 + taxes and fees. 

In addition, if you fail to pay a delinquent bill and it becomes necessary for APS to turn your service off you will be charged a service fee to have service turned back on.

Service will be restored the next business day after payment in full, and deposit (if applicable) have been received.

• reconnection at the meter - $25
• reconnection at the overhead line - $96.50
• underground reconnection - $115
