My Account Navigation

Pay my bill

  • Select My Bill
  • Select Pay Bill
  • Follow the steps to complete online payment

You can also pay your bill from the Pay Bill link in the Account Summary box.

View my bill

  • Select My Bill
  • Select View My Bill
  • Window will open to display current billing information

You can also view your bill from the View Bill link in the Account Summary box.

View available payment options

  • Select My Options
  • Select Ways to Pay
  • Displays various options for monthly bill payment, as well as payment of security deposits and contributing to the SHARE program

 View or delete a scheduled payment

  • Select My Bill
  • Select View Scheduled Payment
  • Viewedit or delete your payment

Edit, add or delete a bank account

  • Select My Options
  • Select Ways to Pay
  • Select Manage Bank Information
  • Add an Additional Bank Account or edit an existing account
  • You must delete any pending payments from a bank account prior to deleting a bank account

View my payment history

  • Select My Account
  • Select Payment History
  • View up to 24 months of payment history

You can also view your payment history from the Payment History link in the Account Summary box.

Go paperless (turn paper bill off)

  • Select My Bill
  • Select Turn Paper Bill Off
  • Select preference for monthly bill delivery
  • Confirm your e-mail address for bill notification

Add or update my home or business energy profile

  • Select My Energy
  • Select Home Energy Profile or Business Energy Profile
  • Complete questionnaire and submit to save your profile

Remember to update your profile if you make changes or improvements to your home.

View my billing history

  • Select My Bill
  • Select Bill History
  • View up to 24 months of billing history

View my Smart Meter data

  • Smart meter data is now located on the My Account page, in the My smart meter area.
  • Select View and graph my Smart Meter data to see daily and hourly and demand usage.
  • On the graphs page, pick your desired graph from the dropdown and select Refresh graph to view your selection.
  • The previous day's information is normally available by 4 p.m. each day.

*The My Smart Meter area will only display if a Smart Meter is installed at your home and you have received at least one bill with usage from your new meter only.

Compare my bill to last month's or last year's

  • Select My Bill
  • Select Bill Comparison
  • From the Selected Bill drop-down list, choose bill you would like to compare
  • Select last month or last year to compare bill against

 

Find ways to save money on my bill

  • Select My Energy
  • Select Energy Analyzer
  • Follow the steps to complete the profile information for your home or business
  • Use the tabs at the top of the page to find customized ways to save, improve your home or business, and learn about energy

Find the best rate for my lifestyle

  • Select My Options
  • Select Rate Comparison
  • Click the Start Rate Comparison link at bottom of page
  • A graph will compare your current rate plan to all other available rate plans and advise if there is one that could save you money on your annual energy costs
  • If you decide to switch rate plans, select Next at the bottom of the page

 Change my rate plan

  • Select My Options
  • Select Rate Comparison
  • Click the Start Rate Comparison link at bottom of page
  • A graph will compare your current rate plan to all other available rate plans and advise if there is one that could save you money on your annual energy costs
  • If you decide to switch rate plans, select Next at the bottom of the page
  • Enter your daytime phone number and confirm your rate selection
  • Select Next to submit your rate change request

Find out my monthly payment amount and sign up for Equalizer (level billing plan)

  • Select My Options
  • Select Equalizer
  • Review the information regarding the plan and eligibility guidelines
  • Click Sign up for Equalizer online to review your monthly payment amount
  • Select Enroll Now to complete your enrollment

Remove my account from Equalizer

  • At this time it is not possible to de-enrollment from Equalizer online
  • Contact us by phone, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week to remove your account from Equalizer

Sign up for AutoPay (automatic monthly payments)

  • Select My Options
  • Select AutoPay
  • Select Enroll in AutoPay
  • Review the information regarding the plan
  • Add or select an existing bank account for automatic payments
  • Select Enroll in AutoPay to complete enrollment

Remove my account from AutoPay

  • Select My Options
  • Select AutoPay
  • Select De-enroll from AutoPay
  • You will be advised of any pending AutoPay payments
  • Select Submit to confirm de-enrollment

Change or cancel an AutoPay payment

  • Select My Options
  • Select AutoPay
  • Select Review/edit scheduled AutoPay Payment(s)
  • Select edit to change your Payment Date
  • Enter a new amount in the payment box to change your payment amount
  • Select delete to cancel your scheduled payment

Change my AutoPay bank account

  • Select My Options
  • Select AutoPay
  • Select Manage Bank Account Information
  • Select edit to update an existing bank account
  • Select Additional Bank Account to add a new account
  • After you have added a new account, select the make this my AutoPay account radio button
  • If you have a pending payment, you will be given the option to use the new bank account for the pending payment

Sign up for SurePay

  • Surepay sign up cannot be completed online
  • Download a SurePay application
  • Complete and sign application
  • Return to APS  with necessary documents via U.S. mail

Remove my account from SurePay

  • Accounts cannot be removed from SurePay online
  • Contact us at (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week to remove your account from SurePay.

Change or cancel a SurePay payment

  • SurePay payments cannot be changed on cancelled online
  • Contact us at (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week to cancel a payment
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is need to cancel a SurePay payment
  • The amount of a SurePay payment cannot be changed. Only cancellation is available

Change my SurePay bank account

  • SurePay bank accounts cannot be changed online
  • Download a new SurePay application
  • Submit via U.S. Mail
  • If your old bank account has been closed, contact us at (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week to cancel your current bank account and prevent returned payments.

Update my Profile (make changes to my account information)

  • Select My Profile
  • Select Update Profile
  • Select information to update including:
    • Password
    • Remember me status
    • Subscriptions to Newsletter and payment notices
    • E-mail and mailing address
    • Your phone numbers
    • SHARE pledge

Complete other account tasks

  • Select My Account
  • Select Manage Account
  • Select link for desired task including:
    • View and print a Letter of Credit/Credit History
    • Download usage history
    • Nickname your APS account(s)
    • Print a Letter of Authorization (business only)

 

Set up a payment arrangement

  • Select My Bill
  • Select Make a Payment Arrangement*

*This option will only be available if your account is eligible for a payment arrangement.

View a payment arrangement

  • Select My Bill
  • Select View Payment Arrangement*

*This option will only be available if a payment arrangement is active on your account.

View messages about my account

  • Select My Messages from the Additional Links list on the right side of your My Account page
  • Available messages will be displayed in the Inbox
  • View, save or delete messages

 

Update my e-mail address

  • Select My Profile
  • Select Update E-mail Address
  • Update your e-mail address
  • Submit to save your change

Read the current newsletter

  • Select Newsletter from the Additional Links list on the right side of your My Account page
  • An overview of the current APS newsletter will be displayed
  • Select View full newsletter in PDF format to view full newsletter
Start or stop electric service
  • Select My Account
  • Select Start/Stop Service
  • Follow the steps to complete the online application

Learn about Green Choice Rates

  • Select My Options
  • Select Green Choice Rates
