Returned Checks 

If your check is returned to APS by your financial institution, you will need to redeem it with cash, a cashier's check or money order. An additional $15 plus taxes and fees returned-check fee will appear on your next month's bill. If two or more checks are returned, cash payment will be required for the next six months.
