Unlike many business purchases, you pay for electricity after it has been used. That's why we ask that you pay your bill upon presentation.
After 25 days, your bill is delinquent and a charge of 1.5 percent plus taxes and fees(18 percent annually) will be assessed.
If for any reason you can't pay your bill when it is due, please call the APS Business Center at (602) 371-6767 in the Phoenix area, or (800) 253-9407. Our specially-trained associates will refer you to organizations and agencies that may provide some assistance.
To have the electricity turned back on we will ask you to pay your total bill, a new security deposit of two times your average bill and a reconnection charge of $35 to $125.
Service will be restored the next business day after payment in full, and deposit (if applicable) have been received.
