If an APS representative comes to your business to accept payment of a delinquent account or notify you of service termination, a collection fee of $15 will be charged to your account.
In addition, if you fail to pay a delinquent bill and it becomes necessary for APS to turn off your service, you will be charged a fee to be reconnected. Service will be restored the next business day after payment in full, and deposit (if applicable) have been received.
