When you establish or re-establish service with APS, a charge of $35 plus taxes and fees will appear on your first electric bill. This non-refundable charge helps offset the costs of turning on your service, opening your account, bookkeeping and other service-related expenses.
If you are having service turned back on after being disconnected for non-payment, you will need to pay your total bill, a new security deposit of two times the average bill, and a reconnection charge plus taxes and fees ranging from $35 to $125.
Service will be restored the next business day after payment in full, and deposit (if applicable) have been received.
