• There are no credit agreements pending
  
• There is no delinquent amount due
  
• There has been no interruption of service due to non-payment in past 12 months
  
• There have been no more than two delinquent payments in the last 12 months
  
• No checks have been returned in the last 12 months
  
• Must have 12 months usage history at site address
  
• Not removed from the Equalizer Plan in the last 12 months

Remain on Equalizer
The full Equalizer payment must be received every month to avoid collection activity and remain on the Equalizer plan.
