Mail
Write a check and insert it in the return envelope enclosed with your statement. Put a stamp on the envelope and send it in the mail.

Gift Checks
Give a gift that everyone can use. You can give an energy gift through our free Check by Phone program. It's faster and easier than buying a gift certificate, and it's available anytime, day or night.

Pay Online
APS offers online payment by EFT (electronic check) at no charge.

You can also use your credit card for payment through our payment partner, NCO. There is a fee for using this service. Online payment by credit or debit card is limited to $2000. Please contact NCO by phone at (866) 261-2738 if you need to make a payment over $2000.

Pay By Phone
Pay by EFT (electronic funds transfer) from your checking or savings account. You can also pay by credit card with our partner -- NCO*.  Call (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405. 

Payment Arrangements
If you are having difficulty paying your electric bill on time, please make arrangements with APS before payment is due. Log into our secure site to make a payment arrangement. If you do not have a username or password, please register. 

*NCO collects a convenience fee of $5.90 for credit/debit card payments. APS does not charge for, nor receive any portion of these fees.
