Online Bill Payment by Credit Card

If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, we have arranged for NCO e-Payments to provide you with online payment choices using credit/ debit cards. NCO collects a convenience fee of $5.90 for credit card and debit card payments. APS does not charge for nor receive any portion of these fees.

NCO accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Diner's Club credit cards. Online payment by credit or debit card is limited to $2,000. Please contact NCO by phone at (866) 261-2738 if you need to make a payment over $2,000.

Cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo will be processed as a credit card. Cards with both a Visa/MasterCard and Star/Pulse logo can be processed as either debit or credit card. Cards with Star or Pulse logo (no MasterCard/Visa logo) will be processed as a debit card. NCO ePayments collects fees for credit card and debit card payments.

NCO e-payment transactions are posted to your APS account: 

• Monday through Thursday and Friday before 3 p.m. -- within 24 hours            
• After 3 p.m. on Friday, holidays and weekends -- the following business day 

To avoid interruption of service on a delinquent bill, or if your service has been disconnected, please retain your payment confirmation number at the end of the NCO-e payments transaction, and call the APS Business Center at (602) 371-6767 or (800) 253-9407.
