Frequently Asked Questions on My Account

How do I change my bank account information?
Log into your aps account and choose Payment Options. Next go to Manage Payment Account Information, and click on edit to update. Once your information has been updated, hit submit.

How do I update my e-mail address?
Log into your aps account choose My Profile on the left-hand navigation. Click on E-mail Address, enter new e-mail address and hit submit.



Can I change my username?
You cannot change or delete your username. If you forgot your username please go to www.aps.com and on the home page click on "Forgot Username or Password." You will need your APS account number and mailing zip code to complete the process. Once  you have entered all the required information, your Username will be displayed. 



I want to change my password.
Log into your aps account and choose My Profile on the left-hand navigation. Click on Password. You will be prompted to enter your old password, and new password, then submit to make the change.

I forgot my password.
On the home page click on "Forgot Username and Password?". It will direct you to a page where you will enter your username. The next page asks you the reminder question you entered when you first registered. Enter the answer to your reminder questions. Once you have successfully completed this process, you can rest your password.

I want to see my previous billing history.
Log into your aps account and choose the More Account History link located under Account Options. From the radio buttons at top you can choose: all information, payments only, statements only and then hit next button at bottom of page. Once information is displayed, hit the print button.
