Frequently Asked Questions about Setting Up New Accounts

Why do I need a letter of authorization?
In order to place services under a legal entity, we will need a company officer, managing member or formal partner to provide a list of the authorized personnel that will be allowed to make inquiries and changes on the account.

If your business has a management company as the authorized agent, we will require the first and last page of the management agreement.

Notification must be on company letterhead and can be mailed to:  PO Box 53933, Station 3205, Phoenix, AZ 85072-3933, or fax to (602) 371-6165.



Why do I need a Federal Tax ID?
The Federal Tax ID is required to legally report interest earned on deposits. It also serves as account identification.
