Rebates Raised 20-30 Percent
The program has temporarily raised the rebate amount for three prescriptive retrofit measures. Final applications must be submitted by November 30, 2010, to qualify.

• Variable Speed Drives increased to $60 per horsepower. Save energy use on motors, pumps and fans.
• HID to T8/T5 conversion increased by $25 per fixture. Great for auditoriums, gyms, warehouses, etc. Cut costs and eliminate warm-up period.
• Specialty CFLs (downlight, dimmable, 3-way, locking base) increased to $5 per lamp. Can make a big impact on energy use in retail, hotels, restaurants, etc.
