	Prescriptive (list of qualified measures with pre-set incentives)

New Construction: Is this a Prescriptive, Custom or Whole Building project?
	Whole Building (design and construction of highly energy-efficient buildings)
	Prescriptive (list of qualified measures with pre-set incentives)
	Custom (energy-saving project not available in prescriptive offering)

Technical Assistance/Study
	Feasibility Study (evaluation of energy efficiency opportunities in an existing facility)
	Commissioning (quality assurance process for new construction to ensure systems operate as designed from an efficiency standpoint)
