Payments are posted to accounts within these timeframes:

APS Office locations - posted immediately.
Participating Circle K stores, Shell/Texaco, Albertsons and Best Buy locations (cash only) - recorded immediately; posted by the next business day. $2 kiosk fee.
Authorized pay stations - may take up to 2 business days to post

Sorry, no credit or debit cards are taken at any of the locations, but cards can be used when paying online. For faster service, please bring your most recent bill.
