Details on the APS Energy Star & Solar Homes program 

Important notes:

  • In 2011, APS accepted applications totaling up to $2 million to be applied against the 2012 budget. These applications will be reserved at $0.75/watt beginning the first business day of the year, 1/3/2012. 
  • There will be no residential program funding quarters throughout 2012. Additional details on this approach will be discussed during the January stakeholder meeting.
  • The residential incentive cap is now 25 kW.
  • Project cost caps are 50% for residential projects and 40% for non-residential projects.
  • For non-residential projects requesting a production-based incentive, a deposit will be required. Further details regarding the deposit will be discussed during the January stakeholder meeting.
