If you are applying for an incentive for the installation of a solar space heater, you will receive a single incentive payment from APS based on the system's estimated kWh savings (i.e., the amount of energy usage the system displaces).
Next Steps:
- Submit the following to reserve your funding:
- Receive reservation confirmation from APS.
You will receive written notification regarding the approval status of your reservation.

Obtain any local permits and provide "proof of advancement".
Work with your installer to obtain necessary municipal permits and clearances ("green tag"). In order to keep your funding reservation active, you or your installer must also provide proof that your project is advancing. This includes:
- Proceed with installing your solar space heating system

After installation, submit the following to that address below in order to receive your payment:
- Signed Acceptance and Installation Certification form
- Receipt confirming the system purchase price, payment, and installation by an Arizona licensed contractor
- Copy of the clearance issued by the city or county or box checked on the Acceptance and Installation Certification form stating that there is no city or county clearance required for the installation site location

Receive your incentive payment from APS
Upon verification that all requirements have been met, APS will issue your incentive check.
